Compliance and Integrity
ITStaffers Code of Conduct for Compliance and Integrity is a key part of our broader corporate responsibility efforts. It is an introduction to important laws and policies that every ITStaffers employee must follow.

Code of Conduct
Our Code organizes and summarizes many of our key polices. It also explains many of the basic rules that apply to our business and the personal responsibility that each employee has to conduct business with honesty and integrity.  We held a series of dialogue sessions and focus groups with employers to test its clarity, relevance and effectiveness. We listened to the feedback we received and used it to improve the design of the Code so that it is practical and easy for our recruits to understand.

New-hires are provided a copy of the Code as part of the on-boarding process and are required to:

• Demonstrate that they understood the key points
• Acknowledge that they would abide by the requirements of the Code
• Disclose any potential conflicts of interest
